楼主~~你好，我想问一下，2014届找corporate finance方向的同学多不？他们现在的就业情况如何？目前seattle附近这类的就业机会多吗？
据我所知目前拿offer的好几个corp fin背景的好几个，怕是大家都集中在一起，毕业找工作成问题呀…………

If you are asking about 2014 Chinese students, we have two focusing on corporate finance and one has signed offer.
Marketing, PM and Corporate finance are three major career focuses of Foster students.
Personally, I am also from a corporate finance background but I am looking for a career switch to marketing.
One point is, please remember you are not just competing with your Chinese peers.

是的，我知道很多大公司都是全国招人的，所以哪怕是Microsoft也是和其他B-school所有人竞争。所以我想知道的是，去Foster招人支持H1B的公司多吗？多谢楼主~~

on-campus: Amazon, Microsoft, Philips healthcare, Deloitte, PwC, T-mobile, GS, Gates Foundation, and a few middle sized tech companies such as Concur, Zynga, Expedia
off-campus recruiting has more companies, focusing in tech and healthcare

Thank you. Foster's employment data is promising, mainly contributed by the booming IT industry in west coast and high-speed expansion of Seattle based companies. If Seahawks wins Super Bowl, I bet the economy in Seattle will flourish more! Go Hawks!

As you may already know, Foster's program focuses are marketing and IT management. Therefore the best core/elective classes center on consumer marketing and entrepreneurship related subjects. We also have some very good financial classes. But I can't denied that some electives are mediocre. As a condensed program, Foster does not have as many electives as those large programs. While the good thing is you don't need to worry about bidding seats of those most popular electives.
