OG12 #94的两点疑问

(A) to lead to 55 percent more delays at airports,
and prompts
(B) leading to 55 percent more delay at airports and
prompting

这两个都是错误的。我的问题是：
1.把B中的delay改为delays 答案是不是就正确了呢？
2.infinitive前面一定不能加comma吗？

delay改为delays, 仍然错，因为是导致了航班延误增加了55%以上。而不是55%以上的延误，事实上55%的延误是不符合逻辑的。

不定式前可以加逗号，比如不定式作独立成分时，给个例句：
I have a point there, to say the least.

把原句簡化一下為：The recent surge has clogged the nation's air-traffic constrol systme, leading to 55 percent more delays, and prompting fears that safe is being compromised. 我認爲 leading to和prompting fears 應為並列的結果狀語，都是由於recent surge而導致的結果， that做fear的同位語從句。
