In order to make ADCOMs believe whatever I write in my essays, is it necessary for me to put down the telephone numbers of the involved people in my essays?

Is it OK for write down the sentence like "I made a deal with my customer, ABC (tel. #:714-213-xxxx)"? Any XDJM can give me any advice? Thank you very much.
