LZ我建议你先看看OG12-OG13,出现沉淀一下基础知识，别一上来就做GWD，GWD没有OG有利于复习，一上来会比较棘手。。。。。我们版主都说了OG+prep对付SC足矣。。。。。

不知道该怎么回答你的问题，单就breaking the laws 来说，它没有错，who found all twelve breaking the laws很完整，修饰了state medical officials。不知道你为什么要再加个谓语。

但至于D选项整个而言，句子的结构和逻辑都有问题。首先，with后面的内容在结构上应该是对主句补充说明，但事实上它的逻辑意思却和主句不符合。其次，and没有起到和with内容平行的作用，而是在形式上与twelve hospitals主句并列了。还有，时态上，对应Almost a decade ，主句应该用完成时态，而不是一般过去时。所以D的选项大有问题。

同意LS的意见，你应该先看看OG12-OG13，或曼哈顿，学习一下基础知识。
