今天收格罗宁根的邮件，麻烦大牛们帮我看下我这是拿奖了吗？

     We would regret not to have you among us next year as you left an      excellent impression to the faculty committee. That's why the
     Board of Admissions has decided to nominate you for a Faculty of      Economics and Business Talent Grant. We hope
     this will encourage you to accept our invitation to enroll in our      MSc Finance. The outcome of the scholarship awards will be      available, as said by ms Boom, somewhere in April or May. We of      course understand you want to await the outcome before confirming      your participation. In May you will still have sufficient time to      apply for housing and visa.
     
     Wishing you all the best and looking forward to hearing from you      again soon.

nominated目测应该不是给了的意思，但是是不是没nominated就肯定没有？那nominated之后是有可能拿了呢？还是很有可能拿了呢？还是肯定拿了呢？求牛牛指点迷津。。

以及激情澎湃的想申bocconi，后来问了俩意大利的娃人家表示没听说过，我于是就很颓废。。。
