Having + past participle is used to indicate an action that:
-- is completed before the primary action attributed to the modified noun
-- provides context for the primary action attributed to the modified noun
那这里说eradicated发生在continues和be brought前，应该也make sense吧，请牛牛指教！

这里的问题在于although的省略。状语从句省略的部分必须是主句主语+be动词

although引导状语从句，这里就是状语从句的省略问题啊~~状语从句引导词后面句子省略是有条件的，主语必须是主句主语，动词必须是be。主语和be同省同留
