Hey dude. To be honest, the preparation for graduate school applications is a REALLY precious opportunity for you to build self-awareness and improve yourself. Since you are junior and still have some time, I’d suggest you focus on improving your fundamentals. Build up those basic profile stats.
First, try to raise your standardized scores. GPA of 3.28 is not a veeeeery competitive score, but you still have many courses to go and can make your GPA better, aiming for a 3.5. Also, as you mentioned, work on your GMAT and TOEFL score. This is not only for the test, but also for your real English skills. This will eventually affect whether you can go further in your career, so work on your English as often as possible.
Second, you still have one more summer to do internships. Try and land a good accounting firm offer for the summer. This will be very helpful for your overall application.
So, focus on these right now and later next year we can discuss you school selection. Hope this all helped out, buddy!
