takes用法之所以不合理，是因为organization还在建议阶段没有建成，不可以用一般现在时，要知道simple present应该适用于eternal/general/frequent thing，而这里也是作为一种split，和to do——由于未建成，所以是表达建设的目的是..... -- by 会员 sisichen666 (2012/11/28 18:11:25)
刚刚看了一个RON的解释。结合babybear to do VS for doing to do 更多强调immediate/direct goal 偏动作性， do这个动作肯定是还没有做。 for doing 强调 ultimate/ indirect goal, 偏名词性， for doing ”这个动作“可能做了也可能没做， 修饰紧邻名词。 babybearmm 的ultimate 让我纠结抽搐了好一阵，看到RON 的indirect， 终于明白babybear 想说啥了。 很明显这题take charge of computer security planning 还没做，且是immediate goal。 所以用"to take charge". -- by 会员 abjure (2012/11/30 21:42:11)

这道题和这个帖子的题目很像，但是答案是E，所以我想问问这里的that carry为何可以呢？应该也是和organization一样accounts是还没有的啊？
还有我想问问这样的结构中 urged the nation torevamp..., institute... and create a special nongovernment organization to take charge ofcomputer security planning.这里的to take...是adj修饰organization还是作为adv 修饰宾补的to create...呢？之前我认为是adv修饰to create这个动作的，因为之前看过说do A to do B，to do B 不是修饰A的，而是修饰do的这个动作。我对于to do不定式修饰n 还是v 总是弄不清楚。
