1.从句平行，关系代词需要补出，who...and who...
2.and是同级平行，A and B——说明A和B的地位是同级的，而as well as是伴随平行，A as well as B——B是伴随着A出现的，A主位B次位，逻辑含义上不可混用
3.having been的“内容”本应修饰individual，但是其本身不能做定语修饰N，改用who定语从句
