学校对体检与疫苗的要求

Full-Time Student Requirements

• Tuberculosis Test (within the past 12 months) Test result is needed. If you test positive, or in the past have had a positive, a chest x-ray report is required.
  
• 2 MMRs (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) - Proof of two doses, both on or after the first birthday and at least one month apart.
  
• Or a serology test for Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (A lab report is needed), (with IgG levels - if any results are negative/ non - immune, a vaccination is required)
  
• Hepatitis B vaccine -- 3 doses or attach lab report showing immunity
  

All incoming students must have a Physical Exam, by a physician (within the past year)

另外 貌似我小时候就打过这些疫苗，是不是我可以提供抽血化验的抗体证明就可以了？
那些体检中心能帮我抽血化验吗？

国内去什么什么中心转换个英文的本本，美国到了也可以再打或者去学校health center问要什么手续，去哪打疫苗
