hillenbrand这公司大牛。。。就是行业恐怖。。。想起来就后怕，没想到还招Mba intern,还招中国人。。难不成想发展中国市场

实习很难说的，这种情况不少见。用CPT的话公司觉得你实在不错要了也不奇怪因为他们也不需要做什么。
Yoshimihoku的情况更特殊，是FT，要公司赞助签证的。

想请教一下那位intern拿到numura securities的中国同学什么背景？ 是不是一般有过投行背景的人获得相应工作和实习机会大一些？从intership转拿full-time offer的可能性大么？随着投行业的低迷是不是所提供饿就业机会也减少了呢？谢谢！

是Big4+Corporate Finance的背景。至于是否转正啊，让我们拭目以待吧，过了这个夏天就知道了。不过这位同学对Corporate兴趣更大些，给了Return Offer也可能不会去。
