DescriptionTUM CREATE is looking for suitable candidates* in the following area:

Crowd Sourcing and Participatory Sensing

Successful candidates* will have the opportunity to pursue a doctoral degree from either TUM or NTU. Exceptional candidates may graduate with a joint TUM-NTU PhD degree. This presents a unique opportunity for top students to become involved with an outstanding international research team. Depending on personal preference and in agreement with potential supervisors, successful candidates will either be offered a Research Associate (RA) position (for candidates pursuing a TUM degree) or a Research Scholarship (RSS) position (for candidates pursuing a NTU degree).
Requirements for RA/RSS:
- For RA positions: Master Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related discipline
- For RSS positions: Bachelor Degree (minimum: 2nd upper) in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related discipline
- Committed to pursuit a doctoral degree
- High standard of English (written and spoken)
- Evidence of research acumen is highly beneficial
- Good programming skills in Java/C++ are highly beneficial
- Smartphone development skills (iOS, Android) are highly beneficial
