In my opinion,students in colleges are supposed to get well prepared for their future jobs.There are some certain reasons to support my conclusion.
To begin with,colleges students ought to build up enough stores of knowledge in order to better fit in future career .Before excursion into an area of job,candidates need to acknowledge relevant information or have a great understanding of this realm,which is a prerequisite to do this job well.By the same token, in an attempt to be accustomed in job positions ,undergraduates in universities should learn theory on prospective work.When I obtained my first internship in Ping An bank,knowledge of finance ,which i acquired in Gong Shang University,lend me a advantageous hand to know well how the whole bank system operate and quickly grasp the essence of assigned business.
Apart from personal effort to lay theoretical foundation,colleges should give students tremendous support on the guide of prospective jobs.Cooperated with institutions and government,quite a few colleges or universities are capable to provide students with opportunities of internship,a way that is considered as effective to horn students’ abilities.With a wealth of internship experience,students can deal with preliminary problems when work commences.Also,Introductory to different jobs is likely to help undergraduates figure out how a specific job performs,how to succeed in assigned task and which job appeal more to them. Despite the fact that introductory is just a general description of specific jobs,college students can make at least a little contribution to jobs once dabbling in them.
In sum,as fledging in the future career,students should be engaged in piling up knowledge reservation;with regards to colleges,pools of education resources should be satisfied to meet the demand of career introductory and programme of internship shall be carried out to assure that students are not confined to theoretical level.
