Colleges or universities should offer students a better job preparation before they start working.

想再练些题目，大家有没有建议拿哪些题目练习比较好呢？

What are the purposes of colleges and universities? People's answers may vary, including teaching knowledge, scientific research, helping young people to build relationships. Admittedly, they are all parts of universities' mission, but I believe, helping people with job preparations is also one of them.

Job preparation helps people, especially those with no social experience to better understand nature of different jobs and to target at the most suitable one. I know many ambitious young people joined investment banking industry with no idea of what this industry really was and what kind of life style it would bring to them. Some people just preferred it for its fierce competition and high entrance salary; however, several years later, they feel struggled with the life style, i.e. to spend 15 hours on work each day, or upset with the job's contents, such as financial statements or economic data analysis, which theyhave not a little interest.

Besides being familiar with different industries and jobs, students can also sharpen their skill of hunting jobs with the help of universities, like preparing a well-refined resume, or practicing interview questions.Some people may argue it is not fair that graduates manage to get a good job through their skill exhibited in resume or interviews rather than the "real" knowledge they own. However, I believe, this skill only helps people to better express their personality and knowledge set; meanwhile, it also assists companies to identify the talents they need, which is a win-win situation.

Finally, by helping students to get better jobs, colleges and universities can also build strong alumni, which in the future will become an important fortune of the college or the university, for both sponsorship and network resource.

I understand today's colleges and universities have many tasks, and they have to allocate their resource to the most important ones. In modern society that young people are all facing pressure of finding a job, it will help if universities can give them a hand from this side.
