我看了所有关于这个题目的帖子，但是我还是不明白OG中的几句话：Aand D can be faulted for saying if rather than whether, since the sentence poses alternative posibilities, to sign or not to sign? whether 和 if 不是都是是否的意思吗？

还有C also use the noun conversion, which grammatically completes the phrase begun by undergoing?

在GMAT中if 只用来引导条件从句，表示“是否”只能用whether，并且whether or not 都是错的，语义重复；

是优选的选项，出现whether的选项，再看到有if的选项就知道在考你这点了，可以大胆的排除了。

这是“公理”。

这道题，用公理就很好做，且省时间，并且风险也不见得会因为技巧的存在而增大。

1. being错，排除A，B，C；

2. whether优选，排除D，仅剩E
