问题: B为什么不可以？选C的话，what应该在主句和从句中都做成份呀，在主句做宾语，可在从句中做什么成份呢？C是不是插入语呢？

这个call应该用被动，这个句式比较固定，看看语法中关于what的部分，识记吧。

问题: which为什么不可以？我认为which 可以做of 的宾语同时又可以引导从句呀？

第一题是个插入语，句子什么成分都不缺，其他选项内容都多余。

第二题你分析的很正确，确实空格地方需要同时能做of宾语又能作know的宾语的成分。不过除了what 其他词都只能作一个成分，尤其which，如果有代词+of+which的用法，只出现在逗号后面，作非限定性定语，接的是完整句。这里是what引导的主语从句。
