而且我在网上没有看到as likely as 的说法，我记得只有as many as的说法。我觉得A是对的，B好像改变了意思

不会把，mm搜索google的时候有没有加引号, "as likely as"有18万条之多呢. 不能只用google来确定语法现象.

这题我认为关键在于likely to do sth这个固定结构.

可是 as likely as 只是表示可能性，不能表示数量上的意思。

are的前面省略的logical subject是什么？

另外刚找到一个例句：

这句我反复比较 认为倾向于选C 因为likely to do 的原因

而A中的ARE是应该补出的, 觉得不好的地方在IN PLANING TO PRACTICE,没有 ARE IN PLANNING TO PRACTICE的说法

in this question, "are" is not repeated for "others"

well, using google, we can find 213,000 webpages containing "four times as many".

Here is one example:
Black women are almost four times as likely as white women
to have an abortion, and Hispanic women are 2.5 times as likely

Again, the point in this question is the idoim "be likely to do" instead of "be likely in doing"
