181 prep笔记上解释 "twice Y" / "X times Y" can definitely be used as an appositive。 同位语肯定要修饰相邻noun， 但是没有合适相邻的noun， 所以错。

D convinced 是过去时， 逻辑上，The organic food industry 组织了一个campaign（现在完成时）， 这个campaign 说服了 Department of Agriculture 采取....行动。
假如 使用convinced（过去时）， “过去时”的时间要发生在现在完成时之前，这个和原文的逻辑意思冲突。错误排除
Verb是为语义服务。
C/E  in convincing 不是很有效的的修饰方式。
