Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Teacher should be rewarded with incomes comparable to those of doctors, lawyers or business leaders.

There is a principal reason for agreeing with the statement that teachers are one of essential role in our society and it is the fact that almost every honorable person such as doctors, lawyers and business leaders has been cultivated by teachers.

Therefore, it is so sure that teachers should be rewarded with incomes comparable to those of doctors or lawyers. First, because a good teacher’s task is very heavy and they also should maintain patience to their students all the time.When students come across some hard questions in their study as well as difficult problems in their life, teachers should fix it or encourage students to go through.Moreover, to be a good teacher, he/she should develop an effective method to direct their students, and to communicate with their parents. Plus, some teachers who have to run the whole class need to consider all students at every part of their study. All in all, it is really a heavy schedule to a good teacher; so they deserve decent incomes.

On the other hands, as a famous people says: teachers are engineers of human soul. Actually, teachers undertake so important responsibilities that maybe influence the future of human beings. Everyone has teachers whether he/she is successful or not. A lawyer with a good teacher who patiently teaches him/her every regulation in law and directs him/her to understand the spirit of rights go to success; a business leader with a good teacher who tell him the rules and skills in running a company go to success; a good surgeon with a good teacher who instructs him/her how to diagnose and how to identify X-ray photo also go to success. As a result, though we cannot ignore their own effort to be outstanding, teachers always play an important role in their career not only spiritually also technically.

Personally, I tend to think that we really should treat our teacher in same as other honorable jobs in our society due to their heavy task and importance. Despite without many advanced knowledge and sophisticate skills, teachers’ position should indeed be reconsidered by society.

Do children need money? I think most of us will answer” yes.” But, Should we let children manage their pocket money?I believe many people hold different views.

Some of us believe that children should master their own money so that they would not addict into it when they are grown-up. Actually, I am the one of them. It is obvious that if you cannot get (acquire) something when you were young, you are going to pay 100 percent attention to it when you are grown-up. The reason why led it is people’s curiosity. As we all know, there are many money-oriented people around us. They are crazy about money and doing whatever things to chase money. Actually, many of them have few chances to touch money when they were a child because of their home-educationparenting.So, the best way to prevent teenagers stealing money is that let children manage their own pocket money

On the other hand, developing their independent awareness is another purpose. If children can be allowed to decide whether a product should be bought or not, they are more easily to develop their awareness of deciding things by their own[1] instead of asking for their parents or teachers.

Connection: (And it is so important our life that maybe affects our destiny.What parents and teachers “help” student choosing their major or school after NCEE(National College Entrance Examination) in China is a case of point.) And, this character is very important to individuals especially when we are going to attend college[2]. For instance, in China, children have no chance to manage their money and their parents give them pocket money randomly or depending on their moods. In contrast, in western society, many parents let their children manage pocket money and don’t even ask. As a result, western boys are good at controlling their possessions and know use it to experience a meaningful and enjoyable life. Conversely, Chinese boys are poor at controlling money and have no idea about the real function of money. So, they only make money for money’s own sake rather than using money.

But, though it is reasonable to give a little more freedom to children in using money, I know many people cannot agree with me (There are some arguments against this idea) They argue that some cases show that many children are not able to control money, but controlled by money instead. [3]For example, many children use their pocket money to buy fictions and computer games or even give their money to strangers. However, though all of these situations indeed exist, knowing how to use money and manage money needs guidance of their parents and teachers. Not only should parenting include direction of using money, but schooling should also set a special course about how to manage money.At the moment, parents should also prevent to give too much money to child; after all, it is not realistic to urge children to manage a large amount of money.

Personally, I tend to think that, to develop children’s independent awareness and rightly use money, we should let children manage their pocket money as early as possible. But, how to direct children using money and how much money would be appropriate for children to control are deserve to discuss.
