Some people prefer to work for a large company. others prefer to work for a small company. prefer which.



With the development of the economics , more and more big companies come out in our countries by these years. Lots of the graduates face two choice, entering into the big company or small one. Some asserts that big company is great, it refers to the high salaries and status . however , I cannot agree with it, for the big company also refer to the pressures .



It is undeniable that a decent salary is a good incentive . Such is human nature that no one would decline a higher payment, the higher the better. compared to the small company , big company likely pay the high salary. To some graduate, their family is not very rich, and they have to borrow the money to pay the tuition. After graduating from the university, they must working hard to earn more money in order to return the money as soon as possibility, so if they can find a job which will pay their more salare , they will tend to enter it.



However , choosing the small company can be better. Compared to the big company, the small company has less employees , and then people will face less competence in their work. the less competence can relief the pressures of the people. For example, my uncle is a worker of a big company in my town, he usually take the exam which is set by the company and he always complain the pressures of the work.



In addition, the relationship between the employees in the small company will be better than the big company. because the work of the small company maybe not much, most of work need to be finished by the whole company. the workers of the small company have more chance to communicate with each other.



Therefore, in conclusion, I prefer to the small company.I do not want to get a job which is full of the stresses , even though I cannot earn the high salary. Furthermore, I want to have a good relationship with the staff around me.
