请问 A为什么不对呢？我觉得A的话应该可以省略先行词的吧，相当于once conducted operations from mining at one end of the process to shipping at the other 做后置定语。我不理解为什么一定要选B。请各位大牛指教呀。谢谢~~

我觉得A如果像你所说的省略that, 那应该是once conducting operations from mining ...而不是once conducted operations from mining...
