普通211学校会计毕业，CICPA，今年考过了AICPA，想去美国读书，到底是MBA还是会计硕士呢，会计硕士当初设立就是因为AICPA考试的学分限制，我先考了AICPA，还读会计硕士又好像意义不大，读MBA，我又不怎么想做金融，咨询的，就想着做做会计，过几年做个CFO也就可以了，

If you just want to do accounting, then there is no real advantage to doing an MBA. An MBA is for general management, and it doesn't seem to fit your goals.  If you want to work as an accountant and study then really a Masters in accounting seems right to me. If you want to do academic research on accounting, you can also think about a PhD. Hope this helps!
