解释我都认同，但是觉得A中the same time as the civilizations是拿time跟civilizations比较，有点问题吧？我觉得应该是that flourished at the same time as the time that the civilization in the Nile Delta ... did更好吧？

the same... as连用，as 这里是代词，引导定语从句。
that flourished at the same time
因为flourish 后面没有宾语 所以did 可以省略。
我觉得，as 后面一长段都是 在修饰 time 做定语。。。
