Okay my friend, first of all I LOVE your international background and your test scores.  Well done!  And you dont have to worry AT ALL about your TOEFL, it is just fine, no matter what the school websites say.  Your list is just fine--but I would push for one or two BETTER schools even than the ones you have listed.  What about UC Berkeley?  What about Kellogg?  It is worth your trying, given your strong background.  It wont be easy of course, but worth trying.  From your other list of programs, I like UVA for sure, and OSU.  Both programs with good reputations in the US.  Id also consider UIUC.  No need for Wake Forest, but what about UNC?  Again, some GREAT programs are out there for you to explore!  Dont sell yourself short, you have a great deal of promise.  Shoot for GREAT programs, now that you have some safe ones already lined up.  Hope this helps and good luck!

你minor in acct修了什么课，是不是该修的那些课都修了。加拿大CGA在老美那儿挺受欢迎的。。Gmat不高，勉强的样子，会计的一般730什么学校基本就够用了，不太看重G。。托福把口语考到26+吧，会计看重这个。。。立信是归属BDO下面的，lz就写是BDO China吧。。。冲冲圣母那一档的吧，起码wake forest。USC和BC对lz来说其实不值这个价，何况lz还是加拿大的本。USC和BC我好些同学去了，有人托福才101，口语才21，只有一个小地方公司的财务部打酱油实习，硬背景都跟lz比差了一两个档次啊。

G我是觉得比较尴尬，看看托福考出来怎样再决定要不要刷吧，应该不太会再刷了，因为下学期加拿大课业负担也不小
USC和BC我属于第一眼就看上了，圣母感觉好像很在意成绩的样子，wake forest比较在意哪块？他们网站信息好少。。。

圣母的话，虽然不知道你具体排名，但是国内89+的成绩看上去也够了，加拿大容易拿A，估计到时候成绩肯定也是够用的。我两个同学一个第一，一个第三的样子，也就是90，89+的样子，都是去圣母。感觉圣母喜欢那种会计成分很纯的人。。。

Yes my friend I am sorry I was not more clear.  Often times I talk about Masters in Accounting as well as MBA programs that are VERY well known for their accounting.  Since I respond to so many people--forgive me, I mixed up the two categories in your follow up question.  Kellogg of course does not offer a masters specifically in accounting...it is a BUSINESS school of course dude!  : )  But it is known for its accounting program, well in the top 10-15 every year.  The same is true of Berkeley (these are off the top of my head since last year we sent a few badass accountants to BOTH places.).  Forgive me for not being more clear--but our advice stands my friend!!! : )  Given your background, you should be able to shoot for TOP TWENTY programs, even if only in a stretch capacity, 100%.  You have the test scores, the international experience...all that good stuff that schools look for from Chinese applicants.
