请教Based on 和According to 是否要求逻辑主语与句子主语保持一致呢？

请教CDer们一个问题，就是当句首出现Based on 和According to的时候是否要求逻辑主语和句子主语保持一致呢？昨天看了下Prep2007中的第九题，解释中是要求一致的，但是今天做GWD发现有个正确选项并没有这个要求，很是不解，我把题目贴出来，请求大家帮帮忙啦！

(B)逻辑主语错误;未划线部分的and that没有并行的对象;关系代词which后应该接句子,
(C) young Athenian women作为According to…的逻辑主语,不符合逻辑;未划线部分的and that从
语法上跟that they used…平行,共同修饰a new woolen robe,不符合逻辑

According to 是不做这样要求的，但base on 是必须要看逻辑主语的呀 ~~

According to 其实已经约定俗成为一个介词结构，相当于一个介词，现实中不要求逻辑主语非得一致。而base on是动词短语，一定要求逻辑主语一致。
但你如果一定要套逻辑主语的话，Prep2007中的第九题，According to records from ancient Athens，这里逻辑主语应该是young Athenian women织袍子这个行为，而不是young Athenian women，更何况这句话本来后面还有其他很严重的问题。而GWD6-Q2，According to its proponents，其实后面省略了一个名词，即According to its proponents（'concept)，逻辑主语是一致的。

according to不严格要求，至于第一题C为什么错，robe是use的宾语，也就是they used the robe to dress，逻辑不是很合理，没有E好。
