Hey there, happy to offer some thoughts here. The fist thing is that once you get below the Top 30 really, and the Top 50 certainly, ranking matters less and less. When considering the schools first and foremost you need to think in terms of your SPECIFIC goals. If you one of the schools is more better-connected than the other in your industry for example, or if they offer more coursework that you need. Secondly, is to think in terms of FIT: Where you would feel most at home, in terms of location, class size, ambience, etc.
The best piece of Advice I could give you: visit!
It will probably be the best investment you can make to prepare yourself. I have a friend who for example, went to an excellent and high rated state school for his undergrad, without visiting, and when he went, even though the program was good academically, he didn't really get what we wanted out of it because of the size of the program (too big) and the very bad location, etc. So it really is important to visit if you can to see and feel for yourself before you make this huge jump.
