My compamny finished recruiting just now with 16 mbas and 10 undergraduates and 2 masters coming in.  We interviewed over thousands on campus for MBA at 22 schools.16 counts in both direct full time and internship pipeline.
Undergraduate come from either unknown public school or Harvard.our undergrad acceptance rate upon offer is 100 percent while MBA is about 50 percent. Unders are overly paid


Consulting and ib are taking far more people than we do,cheers

楼主注意措辞，不要动不动用loser什么的词。

且不说global 的PE/VC/HF了，即使以leadership program而论，要说selectivity，烟草公司也并不算什么特别突出的吧。有的program，比如Dow Chemicals，只去3所学校，进的人给报销全部MBA学费，出来直接管一个P&L。我认识的往届拿到offer的中国童鞋还不是直接拒了去consulting。这个项目，有的学校的MBA，想去都没机会，那么他们是不是loser？况且烟草公司，在一些MBA尤其是美国人看来未必光彩。HYP的endowment，通常都不投烟草行业，因为觉得这个行业在道德上有缺失。

进了一个貌似selective的公司项目，就瞧不上别人，觉得旁人是loser，Post-MBA的思维不应该还停留在这样的层次吧。真正的牛人，是知道最适合自己的路，知道自己的不足，但却能有所成就，并为周围的人和社会创造价值的人。这也才是衡量winner/loser的标准。

alibaba，能至少透露你的公司的行业吗？这样你的point对大家才有一点参考意义。另外看你提到danaher的pay也很高？这是家公司好像不是如何显赫的工业公司？

楼主已经表达过是一家在瑞士的公司了，他说“global program”是在瑞士，US program是在本地入职轮岗培训的。
估计是novartis, rosche之类的healthcare公司？
