Wildflower, It is always good to talk to admission officer of business school. By doing that, you show your passion to the school and you learn more about if the school is a good fit for you.
Rotman looks at the GPA of the fourth year. Essays are very important.
I believe some requirement for Rotman Admission is mandtoray such as GPA, TWE etc.( I think it is because Rotman is famous for its Finance course, therefore the academic capability will be quite important when they evaluating the candidate). While Ivey is much flexible, even GMAT less than 660, GPA < 80, you still have a possibility to be admitted ( it will be more advantagous if you are Canadian PR)
