第一次完整地写了一篇独立，估计也是诸多语法逻辑错误等，麻烦大家帮小弟指正指正


    As is well-known, teachers take a significant role in the growth of individuals, and in the consequence, it needs enough attention that teachers` behaviors or sayings may affect students more or less.Accordingly, I agree with that teachers should not convey their own viewpoints of society or politics to students.

First of all, not every teacher`s opinions on social or politician problems are authentic,objective and justified, and sometimes, it even seems that teachers are expressing misleading and incorrect arguments.For example, when I was a fresh man of financial professional, my marketing teacher Tom taught that to be a great employee working in the bank,you were supposed to adept at dealing with relationships with customers instead of reading teaching material in books, and as a matter of course, I tooke it for granted.However, during the time  I came to be a intern, I felt that no from start on account of the shortage of basic knowledges, like what is the advantage of certain financial product, how to achieve a ideal report on risk management,and even what a kind of term is truely about etc., and as a result, I could not get a great evaluation from my customers and boss.Because of this experience, I learned from that no matter how excellent a teacher is, he/she now and then imparts some inaccurate standpoints to students,which may have detrimental influence on students` study,as well as their careers.
    Moreover, students, especially adolescent students, have a strong tendency of imitation towards their teachers.If students accept one certain style of viewpoint in a long-term, it is undemanding that students will try to copy their teachers` viewpoints with unawareness,which will brings about that students gradually lack the ablity of thinking independently and critically,and what`s more, this phenomenon may result in a vicious circle that different varieties of ideas will come into disappear, with the high consistence of thinking approach.Additionally,the influence teacher bring to students will affect people`s chronically,and let us imagine, while your teacher tells you that a party never has a competitive edge compared to other parties, you may consequently have a bad impression on it even if ascually,the party make every effort to fulfill its obligations on contructing the society.

   On the other hand, some experienced teachers indeed enlighten students with leading viewpoints, which makes students think more deeply,but in fact seldom teachers could fulfill with this original intention since they often reveal their inner viespoints, and thus affecting students.For this reason,I suggest that teachers should avoid expressing their political or social viewpoint to students.

    All in all, in consequence of teachers` great guidng function against students, it is granted that teachers should not only pay attention to their words, but also lead students to form their own viewpoints as far as possible.
