Further, the neighborhood of Caine is in LA, a city in which the tragedy of two Chinese graduates just happened. Caine's story shows that there are guninely good people around us, there are helping hands everywhere, and together we can build a village or make a kid realize his dream! I wish USC and other universities can take the same approach and build bonds with the neighborhood surrounding them, integrate the neighborhood with the college community, put a human touch to everyone's life, and enable both a student and a homeless man to realize his/her dream.

I especially like your idea regarding what we - as a group of students - can do to foster a social climate with love, sympathy , and morality. This reminds me of a study saying that cherubic stuffs (childhood clues) can make adults behave more morally and ethically.

As such, we need to be aware of the mutural impact between us and the environment, be it your neighborhood, your social circle, or the air you breathe. &nbsp;As most of us have agreed to limit our carbon footprint, it is vital that we leave a positive influence on our imediate community.
