The apartment is extremely clean as you can see from the photo. I can post more photos if needed. Or you can go to the apartment website (search Imperial South).
The apartment has a lot of outdoor parking. It is located close to University of Rochester (about 2 miles) and next to Tops grocery store, Walgreen, and gas station.
You are signing the leasing term with Imperial South Apartment. So they will take care all the paper work.

lease let me know if you are interested.

Free water and heat. Has air conditioning unit in the apartment. No pets allowed. Laundry room next door in the same building.

同学，你给我租个学校2英里内，水和heater全包的studio试试？710 刀，去学校有bus或者校车，地段安全，购物5分钟就能走到。
