I will suggest you to focus on speciality, like overcome what kind of difficulty and show your potential.

Anything that not any normal people can complete easily. Think very hard and you will find someone.

For example,  you have some problem  with your tongue(or other organ) but you manage to overcome it and speak fluent english.  Good Luck!
