【求助】关于parallel的问题。

The authors study how organizational culture affects these decisions and the effectiveness of these decisions in curtailing the partner’s opportunistic behavior.
这是在文献中看到的一句话。study后面跟了两个部分用and并列，how。。。decisions是一个句子，而the effectiveness。。。。decisions是一个phrase。这个应该不能并列的吧？
请各位大侠不吝赐教！多谢多谢。

首先，这句话的两个宾语为
how organizational culture affects these decisions 以及
the effectiveness of these decisions in curtailing the partner’s opportunistic behavior

其次，AND只是连接两个宾语罢了。。。不是所有以AND做为连接词的句子都必须要严格平行的

GMAT害死人啊。。。。

这句话读起来朗朗上口，我也觉得没什么问题。。。
