排除，因为have been 的时态就包括 are


OG答案是从选项说出的解释即根据语法A想表达 ，and they are（ sold），但在前文中无 sold出现，也就不存在省略一说了

(B) 可以同样分析

此处运用manhattan关于and的用法来解释，and有两个用法：
（1） list----- a, b, and c
（2）two main clause------S V O, and S V O.( 我的总结是其中前后两个句子的句子意思通常无明显逻辑关系)

所以此处and属于list的用法并列两个句子，并且manhattan特别强调说在list用法连接句子时comma是optional的，所以句子可写为：

....; their wines are priced to sell and they do(sell).这样看起来就好理解些了，并列的结构很强，所以their wines=they就很难说歧义了。

感谢99qiuqiu童鞋的解释，可是我在新东方课上听到了一个说法是，在一个句子里，同一个代词（无论其处在主格、宾格还是所有格等等）只能指代同一个事物啊，即使是并列句或者主从句关系，只要还是一个句子。所以是不是后一个they还是指的是人们啊。。do后面省略的是(sell their wines)啊？
