Hi,
I'm a Cornell student and would like to sublet my room during June 20th-July 30. This property is a beautiful historic building on the edge of Cornell’s West Campus. It is a 10 minute walk to the Arts Quad and Collegetown. Very convenient. In addition to a laundry facility located in the basement, there is free parking and garbage pickup. Furthermore, with full furniture and renovation last year this place makes a great living environment. Total rent would be around 450/bedroom including water and wifi. (This is a three-bedroom apartment and now there is only one available.) This bed room is very large and the bed is king size, two people can live in this bedroom comfortably.
