斑主，我申请的他们家strategy & organization,联系我的是一个AP，然后回邮件问了，她给我的建议是"Although Dr. David's main interest is to see what north American empirical sites you might be interested in exploring. So please focus on that topic.  A little bit of research questions and theory background would be helpful I suppose." 可能是主要考察对于北美等地区适用的实证研究，因为之前写的academic writing sample，包括proposal都是针对中国情境下的研究，研究对象是中国企业。所以才让我写个一页纸的东西。

建议页面设置改成letter size，四面margin 2cm, single space，12磅times new roman，一页是650上下 words的样子，简洁点应该可以说清楚一件事了。这个是加拿大申请national grant的标准格式，看起来也不会奇怪。
