the final reading score didn't comply with what I saw from the test screen.

i don't know why the final reading score decreased slightly from 29 to 28, is that nomal? as far as know ,unlike the structure and written score,it should be fixed, I just called test centre where I got my final score which although was beyond my expextation was 280, i regret i should have taken picture of what displayed at that point. does anybody here having this kind of experience? i regret i should have taken picture of what displayed at that point.thanks a lot .
