我对这句话的理解是如果AB没有那个明显的such错误，而使用lack...becoming，应该是对的。从句意上来看也是如此。

我觉得A, B, and C fail to use one or both of the "-ing" forms are lacking and becoming; these forms are preferable to lack and becomes in describing progressive and ongoing conditions.这句话应该不能包括A，否则实在解释不通，除非后面的becoming是进行时，而在此处明显不是。

不明白。。。becoming作为分词一样可以表达ongoing condition，这句话也没有说becomes－》"-ing"就是由动词->进行时。

因为A已经用了becoming了。但是解释中说A仍然没有describing progressive and ongoing conditions。E同样是用了一个becoming,没用are lacking，怎么就没这个问题了呢？

就是读了此处让人很费解才在2楼问了是否会将becoming用作进行时的？既然没人认为becoming是进行时，我想这里应该是解释有一点问题。
