Admittedly, I concede that some people may also stress value on the serene environment within the suburban areas. With little transportations and construction projects, the suburban areas certainly enjoy a tranquil and clean atmosphere which is beneficial to people's physical and mental health. Besides, currently, the urban areas have brought in the concept of "peace in the urban", which advocates people's living places being less exposed to noises and air pollution. Currently, with fiercer competition in human source market, it is the excellent knowledge that helps a person stand out during the job interview. To take my gregarious brother Tom as an example, he majored in mechanic engineering in the university and he did well in his courses. Undoubtedly, he made it to enter the William corporation, which enjoys high prestige in China, due to his preeminent performance in the interview. In contrast, his classmate Jenny who could easily adjust herself to any new environment failed to get a job, since her academical grades were poor.
