If finding a job ( I mean a BIG FOUR offer in the MIDWEST) is what you care about the most, I think ND would be a better choice. Honestly, I have the AD from UM ( sorry, I didn't apply for ND since it is too late as I submitted my applications for all my schools in Jan) and I am now interning at EY chicago. Big four at Chicago hire a bunch of people from ND but also UM. Therefore, you couldn't go wrong with UM either as Ross has a great reputation in the midwest area and the east coast( even in Wallstreet). In terms of your backgroud, I don't think it would be difficult for you to find a job. I have to say BIG Four is a great place to start you career but there are tons of other great jobs out there. Here at EY Chicago, there are people from ND, UM, MSU, UIUC, W-Madison, Indiana, Depaul and so on. Once you have the fulltime offer, it doesn't make much difference where you come from.
