在MIT的申请中，好象犯了错

我23日收到MIT招生委员会的一封邮件，表示愿意set up a time to talk，但是有一点疑问需要我先澄清一下。

我没有重视这个邮件，以为MIT要给我面试的邀请了，只是需要我回答一个问题而已。因为我申请的programm明确写明不要自己主动要求面试，被通知面试的人是有很高录取可能地。抱着这个心态，我没有严肃对待这封邮件，人家整整写了两段，我用三句话就回复了。直接结果就是回复后的24小时收到了正式的拒绝信。我原以为回答完了，人家要跟我约时间面试了，可是邮件发出后再也没收到人家的邮件了。

我不知道是否我草率不够热情认真严肃的邮件惹了祸，感觉人家第一个邮件写了两遍would be happy to talk with you. 可是我回完邮件后，直接收到来自官方系统发出的信。大家帮分析下，到底咋回事？

我觉得楼主你的标题要改成 “我犯了错”才比较贴切...
没看邮件具体内容只有臆测一下，人家可能是要让你explain substantially regarding one of the issues appeared on your application，然后决定给不给你面试，结果你三句半把人家打发了，人家觉得你没诚意不重视，于是悲剧了...

I have already thought about this thing and I don't mind to travel 30 times over the 20 month program. This is an excellent program, it worths. I am willing to take the challenges.

我觉得你并没有犯什么大错.就是回信语气比较平淡,没有表示出你积极想被这个emba录取的愿望. 另外,短短三句话, 语法错误有几处, 估计会让adcom怀疑以后和人communicate的能力.

感觉你回答了一部分问题。表达了忠心，但没有提供一个时间。
不过不觉得收到据信和这个回答有关系。因为那边如果有意的话，会继续回信跟你约时间的。

我觉得adcom的信想要你说清楚能保证全程参加这个emba的课程，经济上的，意愿上的，还有签证啊各方面的。你的回信只说了你不介意。不过adconm不是没回信么，也没有拒你，你要是觉得没回答好那就再写一封信吧，说清楚就好了。

1. 同LSS，严重的语法错误；
2. 不够thoughtful。。。人家MIT本来都是大拽牛校，你没有站在他的的立场帮他想问题。。首先虽然你表达了你想去，但是没有你的desire that you are willing to speak to them；其次，要问他们是愿意什么时候，通过那种方式进行这个conversation，并把你的skype id和phone number提供给他们，让他们直接选择。。。你这种回答方式别人会以为“我拽，你竟然比我还拽。。。那看看谁真的拽。。”虽然你的本意不是这个。。。

建议如果还想去，赶紧追加一封邮件，把你真正的desire告诉他们，argue一下看有没挽回的余地。。。
