求教SEVIS费用

我去年6月27号交过一次sevis费，是为F1签证用的，我的F1到2012年7月前仍有效。
然后现在我已回国。
那么我还需要再交一次sevis费用吗，这回是为另一个学校的F1签？学校给了我另一个sevis号码额。。sevis费用真的很烧的来说~~

号码变了是需要再交一次的，不然你的新号码里没有你交钱的记录呀~
BTW，我转学的时候新学校给了新的SEVIS NO. 就又交了一次费...

学生在美国的任何升学、转学等变更就学年级或改变学习计划，这种情况是不用再交的。除非你变更签证类别，或者出境5个月后，需要重新获得学生签证就需要重交。你的新旧学校之间会帮你转的。

你好，我是上学期大四在A学校交流了 一个学期，是F1签，现在要去B校读研究生，这次也是F1签，我之前的F1签到今年7月才失效，那我是不是只要续签就可以，并让他们把sevis ID旧号码上的钱转到新号码上去？谢谢！

换学校不叫续签，叫转签。你之前可以让A学校release你的I-20，然后B学校接收A学校的I-20。但是现在B学校给你发了有新SEVIS NO.的I-20，那你现在应该要交新SEVIS的钱。SEVIS费跟申请签证费是两回事。你如果中间不回国的话，也不用去签证，不过SEVIS费还是要交的。

你好，我查过sevis的官网，如下，我交流的学校还没回复我，但我是continuing student,而且少于5个月，我的F1身份应该还是保留着的，而且我是可以交流一年的，只交流了一学期就回来，算是狡猾地没有完成项目吧，另外一学期修的学分也大于12个学分，所以应该不用再交sevis吧？

如下：Continuing Students (F-1, F-3, M-1 or M-3) not in the United States
If you are a continuing student who has been out of the United States for less than five months and maintained your status prior to leaving the United States, do not pay the SEVIS I-901 fee.
If you are a continuing student who has been out of the United States for more than five months, maintained your status prior to leaving the United States, and have been participating in authorized overseas study, do not pay the SEVIS I-901 fee.
If you are a student who has been out of the United States for more than five months and have not participated in authorized overseas study, you are no longer considered a continuing student by DHS. You need a new initial Form I-20 from a school and you need to pay the SEVIS I-901 fee.
If you are a student who did not maintain status or you completed a previous program, you are no longer considered a continuing student by DHS. You need a new initial Form I-20 from a school and you need to pay the SEVIS I-901 fee.

Continuing student

For purposes of nonimmigrant status, a continuing student is one who has not completed, or terminated, a program of study and has maintained status. Continuing students may, under certain circumstances, transfer schools while continuing to maintain status. F-1 and F-3 students may also change their level of study while continuing to maintain status.
