B.correct!
C.with用法错，这里subject和some fraternal twins没有possession的关系。it无指代。
D.同C，with用法错。
E.同A，namely后面不接句子。this fact不指代前面的"because..."。

B的句子结构实际上是：

有个偷懒的办法，从句意理解， some fraternal twins resemble each other greatly 和others look quite dissimilar这两个事实是成对比的，之间是个弱转折。
所以应该用while，这样可以直接选到B选项
