Hi,
I'm a Cornell student and would like to sublet my room during June 20th-July 30. This property is a beautiful historic building on the edge of Cornell’s West Campus. It is a 10 minute walk to the Arts Quad and Collegetown. Very convenient. In addition to a laundry facility located in the basement, there is free parking and garbage pickup. Furthermore, with full furniture and renovation last year this place makes a great living environment. Total rent would be around 450/bedroom including water and wifi. (This is a three-bedroom apartment and two are available.)

不是噢，是一家私宅，在西边校区，比maple离学校近，虽然maple是学校的宿舍，在学校北边

你是问大概情况还是？一般每个月500-600，我现在时暑期转租，450 from June 20 to July 31
