选择B，并无异议，然而对于这个省略有点纠结。根据逻辑语义，based on 的 subject 是 elaborate society。Elaborate society ,（which is ) based on the cultivation ..... 总觉得based on 前面的comma 怪怪的。开始理解的时候还以为based on 为 mochica 的动作，来修饰整个句子。那位大牛帮俺梳理一下吧！

In general, the noun modifier (过去分词) must precede or follow immediately after the noun it modifies, as the GMAC generally follows this rule.
