我的一个朋友想申请美国的MBA, GMAT660, TOEFL653, 6年工作经验, 美国500强在中国大城市的代表处的首席代表. 这样的背景TOP20可能会很难, 大家给点建议吧...

工作经验不错。就是G成绩低了点。 不过去年也有680 去 warton 的。 所以应该有希望。

他最好重考GMAT。

UCLA，GEORGETOWN几乎不可能。他们的录取不比前10名的容易，EMORY可以试试。

但如果可能，最好重考GMAT。这个劣势太明显了。要设法弥补。

If that really is true, he definitely would stand out from all applicants. But, again, whether he actually qualifies or not for top programs also depends on other elements, like his personality, and other soft skills..

He better has a high GMAT score. It will open the door of the Top 5 business school for him.

我有个朋友在Daimler-Chrysler做中国地区高级经理，管理着某重要合资项目，GMAT670。第一次申请Yale和Cornell被拒。后来打电话问原因：成绩太低。

我并不认为一个500强的首代能说明什么问题，国人认为强的工作经验，未必是老外眼中的好东东。
