发几个学校Management/OB专业的录取进展：
SUNY Buffalo:
" Your file is currently being reviewed by the faculty in the OHR department.  We hope to have decisions to applicants by early March."
U Kentucky:
"We are in the midst of the selection process now. I expect that we will make our final decisions by the end of the month. "
CMU Tepper:
"I expect to have OB’s admission decisions by the end of this month. The committee members may conduct some phone interviews of candidates in whom they’re interested, but no on-campus interviews."
U Oklahoma:
"The Department of Management has invited in three individuals for on-campus interviews. If these interviews don’t work out, the committee plans to take a second look at the remaining applicants."

我说说CMU的Tepper OB吧，攒攒rp。


我现在是CMU CS的master，纯EECS背景，跟着Tepper的老板搞点研究，今年就交了这一个项目，四封RL，三封CMU一封THU，不要我我就去硅谷上班了。。


OB现在确实开始审了，已经有了short list大概50人左右（目测），这些人会挑一部分面试，最后要2-3个。不在shortlist的应该已经开始收拒信了。。


我跟我老板交流了一下，就说我自己的情况，老板们都很质疑我的英语水平，我老板对我非常好，也是实事求是的跟我说，essay写的跟英语母语的申请者差了很大一个档次。确实我essay写的也比较急，准备的不充分，现在也很后悔。另外我看了一下tepper OB，近10年没招过非英语母语的学生，所以难度还是很大的。大概下周所有老板们会开会讨论面试名单，之后就是面试出结果了。通过现在在这边上OB的课，我个人感觉确实英语差距还是挺大的，口语表达和写作都很成问题，希望自己好运，也希望大家好运吧！
