A：前面已经有but表示转折了，还是不要的好；were to trim时态、用法都不够好

B：but；includes要用复数；is trimmed错

C：including短语修饰歧异；被动

D：includes要用复数；were trimming时态inconsistence

E：正确

条件句分为真实条件句和虚拟条件句, 楼上的例子是真实条件句, 还是要具体情况具体分析的.

我记得，有这样的结构：动词+by+数词。举例来说吧：

Spending on the construction project will be reduced by 10%.  

为什么C不正确呢？

正确。因为这样核心词就变output了，读起来就让人感觉including跳跃去修饰output这个核心词。而且有主动的还是用主动吧，被动一般在没得选的情况下再用比较好。
