“only if 要用虚拟”绝对是一个错误的概念！

在GMAT中，条件从句一般用一般现在时或一般过去时。

E优于C还有一个原因，主动优于被动。

Just found a example from Longman dictionary:

I'll tell you, but only if you don't tell anyone else.

我觉得,C中的including Norway, Mexico, and Russia修饰了the output of non-OPEC nations,所以应该排除.

only if和but only if怎么区别？

可不可以这么解释：某某要作什么的前提是别的某某也要做什么，就用if only， 某某要做什么的前提是别的某某不要做什么，就用but if only？请NN帮我，感谢！

A用了be to do sth这种口语表达方式，错。类似于be going to do，也错！
