请教几个语法问题

1).... ， and...............这样的句型前后要不要平行呀。。比如说前面是SVO，and there are....  这样的是错么。。。
2）and also 是重复么
3）announce引导从句不要加that么？？             （ 当然 这题只有C逻辑符合）
Trans World Entertainment Corporation, which owns the Record Town and Saturday Matinee retail chains, announced that since sales of up to one-fourth of its stores are poor, they will be closed.
 　为什么 announce后面不加that 可以？？？？？？？？？？？？、
A.    that since sales of up to one-fourth of its stores are poor, they will be closed.
B.    it is closing up to one-fourth of its stores, which accounted for its poor sales
C.    it was closing up to one fourth of its stores because of poor sales.          逻辑最符合
D.    to be closing, on account of poor sales, up to one-fourth of its stores.
E.    having poor sales, such that up to one-fourth of its stores will be closed.

4）which指代是不是可以跳过插入语，但是可能歧义，比如说指代成了插入语中的

1. 我觉得SVO and there be本身是没错，但是要注意的事GMAT里面极少有there be 是正确的因为他不够简洁。and 考得比较多的是要求平行的，例如SVO, VO, and VO。平行的主要是结构。
2. and also我做过一道题是对的，是可以的，also 有强调的作用。
3.这道题我今天刚做过，announce 后面的that是可以省略的，但是绝大部分宾从的that是不省略的。可以去我今天下午的帖子看下哈，挺多高手在里面讲了的。http://forum.chasedream.com/GMAT_SC/thread-653346-1-1.html
4.which原则上是就近指代的，所以经常会因为引起歧义而不选。

如有不正确的地方希望后面NN指出来哈~

另外，LZ是在做语法笔记么？

LZ是平行做多了迷糊了吧~clause，and clause就是最一般的说法，在语法上是正确的，只不过有时他会出现可能语义上是什么递进关系的，因果关系，用and语义上不合适。考parallelism时候and前后通常都以短语形式出现，这时候才考虑形式上平行什么的。

2）and also 是重复么

不是。反而有的时候会出现“……，then+clause”,"……,also"就是没有and的话会造成run-on的情况。

一般的宾语从句后面一定要加that！但是GWD上面好像有出现say，announce后面不加that的定语从句。这种特殊情况就记住好了，遇上了凭其他考点看看能不能排除~

一般不跳过指代，会造成歧义。好像prep有一道跳过指代的特殊处理的题目。如果LZ是问那道能不能贴个题？
